This glittery black steering wheel cover uses the Shannon Fabrics Luxe Cuddle® Dazzle fabric. It is a luxuriously soft and plush fabric with metallic foil glitter sewn into the fabric! The glitter is made not to shed, so your cover will stay glittery for a long time to come. A grippy material has been sewn into the inside of the cover to help grip your wheel and reduce sliding. It has elastic in the inside edges to help hold it on the steering wheel.
